Refund Policy

Eligibility
You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided your progress in the track is below 30%. Both conditions must be met.
The 30% rule
Once you have completed 30% or more of a track's lessons (the same progress shown on your dashboard), that track is no longer refundable. For bundles, eligibility is evaluated per included track — tracks below 30% remain refundable on a pro-rated basis; tracks at or above 30% are not.
How to request a refund
Send a request through our contact page with the email used for the order and the track name. We respond within one business day.
Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method (PayPal) within 5–10 business days. Access to refunded tracks is revoked once the refund is issued.
Exceptions
Duplicate charges and verified technical issues that prevent access to purchased content are always refundable, regardless of progress.
